Star Party and Book Fair

STAR PARTY

Students and parents gathered in the auditorium for an "Astronomy" presentation. They learned about the stars and later in the evening were given the opportunity to look through different telescopes that were set up to look at planets and stars.

BOOK FAIR

While the Astronomy presentation was underway - Ms. Pflueger was busy at the Book Fair helping parents and students select and buy books. Check out The Rice School Library web page that has all the reading lists and fundraising opportunities for the library.

FOOD

No evening can be complete without food. The Drama department used this evening as an opportunity to have a fundraiser - selling hot dogs, chips, and nachos to help pay for production costs for their next performance.
