Joining The Rice School/La Escuela Rice Parent-Teacher Organization and becoming involved in school activities will help our children and their school succeed. The PTO provides support to the school in many ways. Listed below are some of the ways the PTO contributed last year:

Volunteered hundreds of hours in classrooms, Media Center, school offices

Provided teaching materials and classroom supplies

Paid workshop registration fees for teachers

Funded School musical

Published the weekly newsletter and school directory with parent handbook

Organized the School Carnival and Auction

Hosted teacher appreciation and hospitiality functions
